Event Registration

Please register yourself first and select the number of packages you would like to book, as described below.

In a second step, you will receive an email containing individual login codes, which can be shared with your customers. Using these codes, customers will be able to complete their personal details and travel information.

Please note that both registrations are required to ensure the smooth planning and execution of the event. We kindly ask you and your customers to complete the registration process in full and within the requested timeframe.

Important:

  • The registration deadline is 31 July 2026.

  • After the registration deadline, any unbooked slots will be reallocated based on retailer size and performance targets.

  • Please note that no-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full if the slot cannot be reassigned.

  • Customer packages must not be used for retailer attendance (even in the event of a cancellation).

Information about yourself (Retailer):

The package is priced at € 1,000.00 and includes airport transfers, transportation to the driving experience, accommodation, and an exclusive dinner.

Guest Information

Please select the desired date and package for your guests below:

For Single packages, no additional information is required.

With the Double package, guests can choose whether both wish to take part in the driving experience as drivers, or whether the accompanying person will participate only as a passenger.

No additional package selection is required.

If you are booking multiple packages (e.g. for several guests), please click “Add packages” for each guest individually and enter their details separately.
